C-Suite Hires
MGM Advisory Services is excited to highlight a recent partnership with our client, J.Hilburn, which resulted in two C-level hires – the largest MGM placements to date! We have developed a relationship with J.Hilburn over the past five years that has yielded multiple hires in a variety of roles.
Through this partnership, MGM placed J.Hilburn’s Chief Marketing Officer, Casey Shilling. Casey brings an extensive and impressive executive marketing background to the table and has worked on the management teams of large lifestyle brands such as The Container Store and Zoe’s Kitchen.
Following the exciting CMO placement, we uncovered experienced C-level Executive Dave DeFeo. Dave offers a background specific to the direct sales, luxury apparel business, that few individuals possess. He joins J.Hilburn with more than 25 years in the direct sales industry. Most recently he was the CEO of Worth where he led the brand for more than 10 years, as they significantly grew revenue and earnings. His expertise, leadership qualities, and esteemed reputation make him a perfect fit to lead J.Hilburn as their new Chief Executive Officer.

Here at MGM Advisory Services, we are reflecting on some of the amazing changes and progress that has taken place in the past year. As we have continued to work diligently with our clients and candidates to ensure strong placements through our staffing services, we have had the opportunity to assist in hiring outside of the DFW Metroplex.
Working outside of the Dallas area throughout 2019 has been both exciting and challenging.
