Step 2: CANDIDATE PROFILE
We analyze and review what you require of a position versus what you prefer. We cover requirements for three distinct areas: technical skills, core competencies, and culture.
Step 3: JOB DESCRIPTION
Whether you provide a job description or we do it, we create, review, and refine it until it’s perfect.
Step 4: CLIENT BRAND
We uncover your company’s greatest selling points that will help you attract the best and most suited talent to your company.
Step 5: SALARY BAND
We provide research and market data on compensation for each client position and then work with you package compensation in a way that appeals to your ideal candidates.
Step 6: SOURCING METHODS
We can source candidates from various methods, but determine the best way based exclusively on your needs for the position and where we can target most successfully.
Step 7: CLIENT INTERVIEW PROCESS
You provide us with your internal interview process and decision makers and we conduct mock interviews as part of our candidate screening process so we can effectively identify the best candidates for you.
Step 8: FEE STRUCTURE
